We would like to invite you to join us for an enthralling evening of mystery at Newton Abbot Racecourse. This fabulous fun night of murder mystery choregraphed by the Cornwall Murder Mystery Company will have you wondering who dun it!

A great fun 70’s themed evening with a racing/betting story behind the mystery will enable you to engage with the characters to try and work out what is happening.

The actors will perform pre meal and in-between your 70’s themed menu and it promises to be an exciting evening of laughs and mystery.

Plot synopsis: Set in the vibrant yet tumultuous world of 1970s horse racing, ‘The Sport of Kings’ invites you to an exclusive evening set at a hotel on the eve of a high-stakes race. Tensions run high as members of a racehorse syndicate, wealthy aristocrats, and shady racetrack characters gather, each with their own ambitions, secrets, and schemes. Amid the champagne and charm, financial struggles, hidden agendas, and whispers of foul play set the stage for intrigue. When loyalties are tested and rivalries ignite, the glamour of the racing world is overshadowed by deception and betrayal. As the night unfolds, guests are left to uncover who can be trusted in this thrilling tale of ambition, scandal, and mystery.
